Via Roma

Perhaps the most famous street in the city, at least for shopping, but not one of the oldest. Via Roma was planned out by Marcello Piacentini and built between 1931 and 1937 by. 750 meters of porticos allow the Turinese and tourists alike to reach all the covered boutiques, Porta Nuova, piazza Carlo Felice, piazza San Carlo and piazza Castello.
