This museum was founded in 1906 to honor one of the “heroes” of the city, namely Pietro Micca who lost his life during the assault on Turin of 1706. The museum allows you to enter the maze of the underground tunnels of the city (which were fundamental to the resistence) and where a mine exploded and killed Micca.
