The cheese store. Borgiattino the store (which gets its name from the owner) is one of the best in the sector – its products are always the freshest possible and of the highest quality. The store has been around since 1927, so the owners know what they are doing. Indeed Borgaittino offers best of Piedmont and a great selection of imported cheeses as well. Borgiattino has a sister store in via Accademia Albertina, definitely worth a visit as well.
