De Filippis was once a great cycling champion, but today he prefers to dedicate his time to pasta, or rather to the delicate and flavorful art of homemade pasta. At De Filippis you’ll find agnolotti, plin (a type of agnolotti), fabulous rolate (pasta rolls) with prosciutto, spinach, etc. De Filippis is probably the best pasta store in Turin, and it offers a wonderful atmosphere with its wooden shelves, greaseproof paper, and cotton ribbons. In terms of prepared foods, it doesn’t offer a large selection, but everything available is super fresh and top quality. |
