This is the biggest event dedicated to eastern Piedmontese wines. From the end of August to the start of September visitors come to eat dishes based on local products (the “baci di dama di Gavi” (chocolates), the ravioli, the dried cod, and the pot roast are all a must) and drink the excellent white wines of the territory. And the fun doesn’t stop here. A week afterwards, there is the event “Andar per Gavi”, a gastronomic itinerary which takes you through hills and wine cellars of the area. |
