Piazza Corpus Domini

This tiny piazza (piazzetta), came into being in the early 1600's. It gets its name from the church of the Corpus Domini designed by Vitozzi to honor a miracle witnessed here. The piazza, which is very near piazza Palazzo di Città and the Duomo, is the perfect place to have a meal if you’re in the mood for ethnic food – indeed here you’ll find the Lebanese restaurant El Mir.
