Founded in 1978 and recently renovated, this museum is a sort of magnificent and fascinating “Noah’s ark”. The former San Giovanni Battista Hospital, an 18th Century building, gives space to a few botanical, entomological, geological, palentological, and zoological collections (fortunately the exposition space will soon be enlarged) . In summer, the building courtyard is used to host numerous events. |
